With experienced leadership, dedicated support teams, and a deep respect for every person's journey, we provide recovery-focused care that is compassionate, collaborative, and impactful.At Second Wind, your story matters — and so does your future.What You'll Do - Provide one-on-one peer support to individuals navigating recovery.Use your personal recovery experience to guide, motivate, and empower others.Assist clients in developing individualized recovery goals and accessing needed resources.Collaborate with clinical and care teams to ensure well-rounded support.Advocate for client needs and promote recovery-oriented thinking.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.Qualifications - Certified as a CRPA or CRPA-P in New York StateLived experience with substance use and currently in sustained recoveryGenuine passion for supporting others in their recovery journeyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
