Job DetailsDescriptionFamily-Based ClinicianLead Mobile Therapy Services for Children, Adolescents, and FamiliesLocation: Exton, PAPay Rate: $27+/hourSchedule: Full-TimeProgram: Family-Based Mental Health Services (FBMHS)About the Role:Are you a skilled clinician passionate about family-centered care? As a Family-Based Clinician, you'll provide high-quality mobile therapy to children, adolescents, and their families in their homes and communities. You'll have the opportunity to lead clinical services, supervise counselors, and make a lasting impact using evidence-based, best-practice approaches in a supportive, mission-driven environment.What You'll Do:Clinical Leadership & Therapy:Conduct individual and family therapy with a clinically appropriate balance between both modalitiesProvide mobile therapy services in clients' homes and community settingsDeliver crisis assessment and psychological stabilization when neededImplement evidence-based treatment interventions tailored to each family's needsBalance team-based and individual therapeutic interventions for optimal outcomesSupervise and mentor Family Based Counselor team members (if applicable)Treatment Planning & Collaboration:Develop comprehensive treatment plans in consultation with clients, families, and team membersCreate behavior management plans as clinically indicatedImplement effective interventions consistent with treatment goalsConsult with other treatment professionals and community providersCoordinate care across multiple systems to support family successDocumentation & Authorization Management:Maintain high-quality clinical documentation of all service deliveryCommunicate effectively with payers to maintain and renew service authorizationsProvide supporting documentation for reauthorizations in a timely mannerSubmit accurate and timely payroll and billing documentationEnsure compliance with all licensure and best practice standardsProfessional Development & Program Enhancement:Participate in agency committees focused on program improvement and service enhancementComplete all mandatory Family Based Services trainingEngage in ongoing professional development per your individualized planMaintain professional licensure and specialized certificationsSubmit all required documentation to Human Resources in a timely mannerWhat We're Looking For:Required:Master's degree in a clinical discipline (Clinical or Counseling Psychology, Clinical Social Work, Human Services, etc.)Two semesters of formal, supervised clinical practicum experience during graduate training2+ years of behavioral health experience working with children and adolescentsValid driver's license with clean driving recordPA clearances (Child Abuse, Criminal, FBI fingerprinting)Strong clinical judgment and therapeutic skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesPreferred:Professional licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or clinical certificationExperience providing mobile, home-based servicesSupervisory experience with clinical staffKnowledge of evidence-based family therapy modalitiesWhy Join Our Team?Competitive Compensation & Benefits:$27+/hourCompany vehicle provided for client visitsComprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (available first day of the month after 30 days)403(b) retirement plan with company matchPaid Time Off plus paid holidaysLife Insurance (1-year salary coverage)Flexible Spending AccountDisability Insurance optionsTransportation subsidy programEmployee recognition and referral bonus programsProfessional Growth & Clinical Excellence:Opportunity to provide clinical supervision and develop leadership skillsOngoing training and professional development supportCollaborative team environment with consultative supervisionWork with diverse clinical populations and family systemsContribute to program development and service enhancementSupport for maintaining licensure and continuing educationMeaningful, Impactful Work:Make a direct, lasting impact on children, adolescents, and familiesProvide services where families need them most—in their homes and communitiesWork with a Joint Commission-accredited organizationApply evidence-based, best-practice approaches to family therapyBe part of a comprehensive behavioral health system serving multiple statesMobile & Community-Based: Meet families where they are—literally and figuratively.
