To learn more about our company culture, philosophy, and benefits, please visit our company page.Job Responsibilities and RequirementsResponsibilities:Manage New Product Development, Product and Fabrication Support projects through all project phases.Develops, monitors and controls a detailed scope of work and schedule.Plans, directs and manages project related tasks.Work with assembly operations and engineering to determine project requirements.Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders and communicate information at the right time, to the right audienceCoordinates across multiple departments with input from other functional managers.Partner with internal engineering teams and external integration partners to deliver quality solutions on time.Actively participate in technical problem solving.Self-driven and motivated- working to implement and improve processes.Skills needed to be successful:Ability to navigate within complex topics - understand the big picture while also being able to dive into the detailsAbility to manage projects with large development scope including many interdependenciesAbility to turn very loose front-end problem or opportunity statements into actionable requirementsOutstanding communication skills-Report to multiple different stakeholder groups- understanding of who needs to know what when.Ability to tailor communication and task management depending on development stage and team members involvedHolds well planned and productive meetingsCreates clear and concise documentationSimplifies complex information where possibleListens activelySeeks to understandValidate assumptionsTechnically minded- ability to understand and communicate many different technical conceptsCreative problem solver- ability to remove obstacles and resolve issues for team membersProject Management Process Knowledge - willingness to follow processes that are in place and work to improve processes as neededAdaptable- able to pivot quickly when new information is learnedRequirements:3 + years of Project Management preferredHigh level of technical aptitude and ability to articulate technical conceptsExcellent English written and verbal communication skills with engineering groups, technicians, and managementProficient with Smartsheets, MS Project and MS Office SuiteExperience with assembly processes and a production environmentMust be detail oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlinesMust be a self-managed individual who is a team playerAble to travel minimally (10%)EEO/Vet/Disability NoticeEOE/M/F/Vet/DisabledLinkedIn Recruiter
