Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) – Skilled Nursing Facility | 3511411 A Skilled Nursing Facility is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support clinical operations and regulatory oversight. This is a full-time, permanent leadership role requiring prior experience as an ADON within a Skilled Nursing Facility. The ADON will partner directly with the Director of Nursing to maintain compliance, oversee nursing staff performance, and support quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities Support oversight of daily nursing operations within the Skilled Nursing Facility Maintain compliance with federal and state long-term care regulations Assist with survey preparation and regulatory processes Supervise nursing leadership and unit-level staff Monitor documentation standards, infection control practices, and quality metrics Assist with staffing management and departmental accountability Participate in QAPI initiatives and performance improvement efforts Collaborate with the DON and Administrator to ensure operational stability Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in a Skilled Nursing Facility required Strong working knowledge of CMS regulations and long-term care compliance Demonstrated experience supporting survey readiness and regulatory processes Proven ability to manage clinical staff and maintain departmental standards Compensation & Structure Full-time, permanent leadership position Competitive compensation based on experience Comprehensive benefits package
