Join a team that is committed to serving the community with integrity and professionalism.Key Responsibilities Broadcast Operations · Support the setup, operation, and maintenance of television broadcast and production equipment · Assist with live broadcasts and recorded productions to ensure reliable on-air performance · Monitor equipment and systems to identify and resolve technical issues · Perform routine maintenance and assist with equipment upgrades · Help document technical processes and workflows IT Support · Provide basic IT support for computers, servers, and software used by staff · Assist with network connectivity and IP-based systems used in production and broadcasting. · Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide user support as needed · Help maintain data storage, backups, and system security practices · Design, configure and maintain Avid Edit/Server SystemCollaboration & Support · Work closely with production, engineering, and IT teams to support daily operations · Communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical staff · Coordinate with vendors and service providers when necessary · Participate in on-call or after-hours support as required for broadcasts Minimum Qualifications · An associates degree or training in Broadcast Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience · Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with television production or broadcast environments · Basic knowledge of computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting · Strong organizational and communication skills · Ability to work independently and as part of a team · Ability to lift and move broadcast or IT equipment · Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed · Comfortable working in studio, control room, and office environments · Onsite essential rolePreferred· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or information systems preferred· Familiarity with IP-based broadcast or production systems · Relevant technical certifications (broadcast or IT-related) · Experience supporting live events or time-sensitive operations
