This contract role calls for a Registered Nurse skilled in ICU settings to provide high-quality patient care while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.Schedule/Hours:36 hours per weekBalanced split of day and night shifts (50/50)Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) requiredQualifications:Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) licenseMinimum 2 years of recent acute care inpatient or current ICU nursing experienceAt least 1 year of prior travel nursing experienceDemonstrated ability to adapt to varying shifts and patient needsStrong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skillsKey Responsibilities:Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICUMonitor, assess, and document patient progress, responding rapidly to changing conditionsAdminister medications, manage advanced life support equipment, and implement individualized care plansCoordinate care with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionalsEducate patients and their families about treatment plans and ongoing care requirementsMaintain compliance with infection control protocols and accreditation standardsExperience the rewards of supporting patients and families through challenging health journeys, all while expanding your professional skills in a leading acute care environment.
