Mike Cox of Robert Half in Los Angeles is delighted to support the recruitment of a Chief Financial Officer for a respected non-profit company in Los Angeles.Reporting to the President, the CFO will be responsible for providing leadership and to work effectively and collaboratively across all levels - from their direct team, through senior management, the Board as well as donors, sponsors, and other stakeholders.A proven communicator and strategic thinker, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) inspires confidence, motivate teams, and executes approved strategies with clarity and purpose.SKILLS REQUIRED:Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required; MBA or CPA preferred.Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in financial leadership, ideally within a nonprofit or educational institution.Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. • Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical acumen.Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, auditing, and financial performance analysis.Demonstrated ability to execute complex initiatives from concept through completion, delivering measurable results.Demonstrated ability to foster a positive, high-performing culture through leadership enthusiasm and strong interpersonal engagement.Compensation will offer a competitive Base Salary + 403B Pension + usual fringe Health and Life insurance Benefits
