This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, solving problems, and creating scalable processes within an established service-based organization.What You'll LeadOperations & Team Leadership: Leading department managers responsible for field operations, inspections, quality control, and service delivery while maintaining accountability, operational excellence, and a strong team culture.Scheduling & Resource Management: Overseeing staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure efficient operations in a fast-paced seasonal resort environment.Hiring, Training & Team Development: Building and maintaining a strong workforce through recruiting, onboarding, performance management, leadership development, and employee retention initiatives.Business Development & Community Relationships: Supporting growth through local networking, referral partnerships, client relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand services and strengthen market presence.Operational Systems & Administration: Overseeing key administrative functions including workflow management, reporting, staffing coordination, billing oversight, and client communication processes.Strategic Planning & Growth: Working closely with ownership to align operational priorities, improve business performance, identify growth opportunities, and support the company's long-term vision.What We Are Looking ForStrong Problem Solver: You can assess situations quickly, make sound decisions under pressure, prioritize effectively, and develop practical solutions that keep operations running smoothly.Operational Leadership: You have experience leading teams, driving accountability, delegating effectively, and maintaining high standards in fast-paced environments.People & Communication Skills: You are a proactive communicator who can build relationships, manage difficult conversations professionally, develop team members, and foster a positive, accountable workplace culture.Systems & Continuous Improvement Mindset: You naturally identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen communication, increase efficiency, and build scalable systems that support growth.Business Acumen: You are comfortable using metrics, reporting, and operational data to evaluate performance, make informed decisions, and drive results.Relevant Experience4+ years of leadership experience in operations, hospitality, property management, home services, field services, or similar fast-paced service-based industries.Experience leading teams, supervisors, or department managers while maintaining accountability, performance standards, and a positive team culture.Experience with staffing, scheduling, operational logistics, and process improvement.Why This Opportunity Is DifferentThis is not a traditional corporate management role.
