What You'll Be DoingAs an Aggregates Production Supervisor, you will provide hands-on leadership for daily production operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable plant performance. Lead daily aggregates production operations to achieve safety, quality, and production objectives Champion a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with all safety, health, and environmental standards Optimize plant performance through effective planning, coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives Supervise, coach, and develop team members to drive engagement, accountability, and operational excellence Partner closely with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to ensure efficient and reliable operations Monitor production performance, equipment utilization, and key metrics to support continuous improvement What We Are Looking ForDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a production, mining, or industrial environment Strong knowledge of safe work practices and a consistent commitment to operational discipline Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills with a continuous improvement mindset Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams and functions Solid understanding of production processes, mobile and fixed equipment operations, and performance metrics Work EnvironmentThis role operates primarily in an outdoor aggregates production environment. Employees can expect regular exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, dust, and mobile equipment. The position requires frequent presence in plant and quarry areas, walking on uneven terrain, and the consistent use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
