This shop has doubled revenue over the past year, maintains an ARO of around $1,100, and has the car count, systems, and leadership in place to keep the right technician busy. What You'll Do Perform general repair and maintenance work on domestic and Asian vehicles, with some European work as well Handle brakes, suspension, steering, cooling system repairs, tune-ups, and other light to mid-level repair work Complete thorough inspections and clearly communicate findings to the service team Stay productive in a busy shop environment with strong workflow and steady car count Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area What They Offer Compensation plan up to $36.50/hr base hourly wage, depending on experience level Individual production bonuses Team production bonuses Additional $0.25/hr raise for every ASE certification Monday through Friday schedule Stable, growing shop with strong leadership and a supportive team Consistent workflow with a healthy mix of domestic, Asian, and some European vehicles *** 50% of Technician's health insurance covered. (Includes Vision and Dental Insurance) *** 401(k) available and 3 weeks paid vacation +5 paid holidays What They're Looking For Solid B Technician experience in a professional automotive repair environment Strong mechanical ability with confidence in general service and light to mid-level repair work Ability to perform accurate inspections and identify legitimate repair needs Team player who works well with advisors and fellow technicians Reliable, positive, and consistent work ethic ASE certifications are a plus and directly rewarded
