Part-Time Client Relations Manager

Job Title: Client Relations ManagerLocation: Dallas, TXRole Type: Part time (20 hours a week, mornings preferred), Permanent, Office Based (on-site)Level: Mid LevelSalary: $80,000 per annum (prorated)We have an terrific opportunity for an individual with 5+years’ experience in client relations to join our friendly and talented team. Prior experience within the Asset Management industry is not a prerequisite to excel in this role, as Murano will provide the industry training needed.Working with our Senior Client Relations Manager, you will oversee and nurture relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will be dedicated to understanding client needs, resolving issues, and fostering positive interactions.This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a proven track record of client relations, account management, or a related field to join a growing team. You will also be responsible for conducting team-wide projects to help measure and improve team efficiency. The role will involve working closely with senior members of the team. If you're ready to join a team that values innovation and camaraderie, Murano is the place for you!Responsibilities:You will report to our Senior Client Relations Manager and together you will oversee Strategic Relationship Management:Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client needs and market trends.Collaborate with the wider team to align client engagement efforts with organizational objectives.Client Communication and Engagement:Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, maintaining regular communication to understand their evolving needs.Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and feedback sessions to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.Ensure prompt and effective response to client inquiries, concerns, and requests.Client Retention and Growth:Develop and implement retention strategies to minimize client churn and maximize lifetime value.Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for organic growth within existing client accounts.Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for service enhancement.Team Leadership and Development:Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and best practices within the team.Cross-functional Collaboration:Collaborate closely with internal departments such as sales, marketing and research to address client needs and concerns.Advocate for client priorities and requirements within the organization, influencing decision-making to prioritize client success.About you:Demonstrable 5+ years of experience working in client relations, account management, or a related field is a must.You will need to have worked in a relationship setting with institutional clients.Exceptional interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.Proactive with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. You will have a solid track record of driving client satisfaction and retention.Knowledge of CRM systems, client engagement tools, and data analytics platforms preferred.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.Demonstration of a professional attitude and a willingness to learn.Beneficial to have:Knowledge of the Asset Management Industry including Hedge Funds, Private Equity, etc. is beneficial though training will be provided if not.Experience in either an asset management company or a company servicing the asset management industry such as broking, research or consultancy.An industry qualification such as CFA, CAIA or IMC.Other Compensation and Benefits15 days paid vacation (prorated) + 10 national holidays + the office is closed between Christmas and New Year.Healthcare.401k.Training in the Asset Management Industry.
