Asphalt Foreman
*Required Qualifications*
· Construction experience, with strong asphalt paving experience.
· Advanced knowledge of all aspects of asphalt paving.
· Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write effectively in both languages.
· Valid driver's license.
· Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, mentor, and develop field crews.
· Ability to measure quantities, order materials, and calculate paving yields.
· Ability to demonstrate and teach safe and proper equipment operation.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
