This role involves gathering, cleaning, and organizing complex datasets from multiple sources, and applying advanced analytical methods to extract insights that support business and project decisions. The analyst will design and maintain data models, build dashboards and reports, and apply statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and performance metrics. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to define data requirements, translating business questions into analytical approaches, and communicating findings clearly through presentations and written summaries. The role also includes validating data quality, documenting methodologies, and recommending data-driven improvements to processes, products, and services.Qualifications Strong analytical skills and proven experience in data analytics to interpret complex data and support decision-making.Solid grounding in statistics, including hypothesis testing, regression, and descriptive analytics, to design and evaluate analyses.Experience with data modeling, including building and maintaining logical and physical data models for reporting and analysis.Effective communication skills to present technical findings in clear, accessible language to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Proficiency with analytical and data tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python or R, BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau).Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Experience working with large datasets, data warehousing, and data visualization in a professional environment.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.Experience in IT services, consulting, or staffing environments is a plus.
