A company is looking for an Associate Director of Subsidiary Rights Contracts.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and negotiate a high volume of subsidiary rights license agreementsSupervise and support team members, including workload management and performance feedbackDevelop and implement improvements to workflow and processesRequired Qualifications7 - 10+ years' experience in drafting and negotiating subsidiary rights and permissions agreements5+ years' experience in people managementThorough understanding of contract and business issues in the book publishing industryProficiency in Microsoft Office and G-SuiteFamiliarity with Biblio3 Suite and/or Bradbury Phillips Rights Manager is a plus
