Job Summary Acium Jewelry at Haywood Mall is seeking an experienced Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is outgoing, fashion-savvy, and passionate about creating a luxury customer experience. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers, delivering exceptional service at all times. Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals. Provide expert product knowledge, including Acium’s jewelry materials and engraving options. Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Maintain store appearance, displays, and cleanliness standards. Assist with inventory, restocking, and visual merchandising. Support the store team during peak hours, weekends, and special events. Requirements Jewelry sales experience is a boost. Strong communication and customer service skills. Professional and polished appearance. Team-oriented with a positive attitude. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be 18 years or older.
