QA Analyst

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Establish and maintain quality assurance processes across the full system development lifecycle.• Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and procedures for applications.• Lead and support functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing across multiple systems.• Conduct reviews at key lifecycle milestones to validate system quality and compliance.• Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with development teams for resolution.• Support major testing events, including system integration testing and operational testing.What You'll Need• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.• Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing.• Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining QA processes across the system lifecycle.• Experience developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test procedures.• Experience supporting testing across complex, integrated systems and multiple environments.• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.What's On Offer• Competitive annual salary ($90,300 - $189,600) plus opportunities for growth.• Flexible time off and robust learning resources.• Contribute to a mission-critical program with significant impact.• Work within a culture of integrity and innovation.Apply via Haystack today!
