Part-time DescriptionEssential FunctionsPerform breast ultrasound examinations and breast biopsy procedures according to policy and protocolServe as a resource to the physicians for breast ultrasoundReview scheduled appointments for outside imaging, imaging/physician reports and additional criteria required by radiologist.Greet patients with a calm and soothing manner as to help alleviate anxiety related to their examinationsEnsure patient understands results and recommendations of their examination as given by the radiologist Maintain proper quality control of ultrasound equipmentRequirementsRequired Education And ExperienceARDMS registered, with a minimum of 1 year experience of breast scanning.Registered in breast or must complete breast registry within 3 months of employment.CPR certification within 3 months of employment
