Location: Davenport, IASalary: $45.00 USD Hourly - $50.00 USD HourlyDescription: Manufacturing EngineerLocation: Davenport, IADuration: 12 months with possible extensionKey ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and implement continuous improvement initiatives Lead and manage small to mid-sized capital projects from concept through execution Develop and maintain assembly layouts, labor standards, work methods, and standardized sequences of operation Analyze existing processes and implement new manufacturing processes, technologies, and tools Provide day-to-day engineering support and troubleshooting for assembly operations Identify and implement cost reduction, quality enhancement, safety, and ergonomic improvement opportunities within ADT assembly operationsRequired Skills & Experience3+ years of experience supporting manufacturing operations, including processes, quality, tooling, preventive maintenance, and facilities Hands-on experience with engineering tools and manufacturing execution systems (MES) Proven ability to lead and implement projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong communication skills with production operators, engineering peers, and leadership teams Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and execute with minimal supervisionPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology, or equivalent related work experience Preferred disciplines: Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering Demonstrated personal accountability, strong follow-through, and the ability to foster an engaged and positive team culture By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
