Senior Program Manager – Strategic Projects
Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager – Strategic Projects to lead and execute strategic quality programs that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, quality management systems (QMS), stakeholder engagement, risk management, and cross-functional leadership. This role requires driving program execution, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, and delivery of medium-scale strategic programs aligned with business goals.Develop and manage comprehensive program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks through proactive risk management and contingency planning.Monitor program performance using KPIs and metrics to drive continuous improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), regulatory standards, and organizational quality requirements.Conduct program reviews, audits, and assessments to ensure quality and operational excellence.Prepare and present program status updates, risks, financials, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.Mentor and guide project teams while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.Drive innovation by implementing industry best practices and emerging technologies within program execution.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.Minimum 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 3+ years with a Master's degree in:Program ManagementProject ManagementPortfolio ManagementAgile MethodologiesStrong experience managing cross-functional strategic initiatives.Experience with risk management, stakeholder management, budgeting, and executive reporting.Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory compliance.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.Experience in the healthcare, medical device, or other regulated industries.PM Practitioner Certification or equivalent project management certification.
