This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care in a long term care and memory care facility. You will be responsible for providing care to residents consistent with their care plans. This will include passing of medications, taking vitals, completing related documentation, along with participating in the care plan process. Candidates must have a valid RN or LPN licensure valid for work in Indiana.
