Our innovative solutions leverage advanced data analytics to provide actionable insights that empower our clients to make informed decisions.Role SummaryThis role serves as a primary commercial and customer-facing resource supporting collision avoidance and proximity detection systems across industrial and mobile equipment environments.The position requires a strong working understanding of multiple safety technologies and the ability to communicate differences between solutions, align systems to customer needs, and drive opportunities forward from initial engagement through execution.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement & Opportunity ManagementServe as a primary point of contact for customers and distributorsLead high-level discussions on collision avoidance solutions and applicationsConduct presentations, product overviews, and system demonstrationsDrive Proof of Concept (POC) programs including scope, coordination, and follow-upMaintain consistent engagement and momentum with active opportunitiesTechnical Understanding (Applied, Not Engineering-Level)Develop working knowledge of collision avoidance technologies including electromagnetic, AI vision, radar and LIDAR systemsExplain differences, strengths, and limitations of each technologyAlign appropriate solutions to environments and applicationsCoordinate with engineering for detailed technical support when requiredProposal & Quotation DevelopmentBuild structured proposals based on equipment and site requirementsDefine scope, configurations, and optional componentsSupport pricing development with internal teamsEnsure proposals align with customer needs and operational realitiesCross-Functional CoordinationWork closely with engineering, operations, and commercial teamsCoordinate internal resources to support customer requirementsProvide feedback on product gaps, performance, and competitive insightsMarket AwarenessMaintain awareness of industry trends and competitive solutionsSupport internal strategy with customer and market feedbackTravel & Field SupportWillingness to travel to customer sites for meetings, evaluations, and POC supportSupport implementation activities as neededQualificationsExperience5–10+ years in industrial, heavy equipment, or related sectorsExperience in technical sales, applications, or customer-facing roles preferredTechnical SkillsUnderstanding of mobile equipment and operating environmentsAbility to explain and differentiate technology types and use casesFamiliarity with basic system concepts such as integration, sensors, and communicationsCommercial SkillsStrong customer engagement and communication skillsExperience building proposals and supporting sales processesHighly organized with consistent follow-up and opportunity managementCore AttributesStrong ownership and accountabilityEffective communicator with technical and non-technical stakeholdersDisciplined follow-through and executionPractical thinker able to align solutions to real-world applicationsLocationRemote role.
