The company emphasizes a hyper-focused financial model, strong revenue management strategies, and exceptional guest experiences.Job Summary:The Director of Revenue will be responsible for maximizing the revenue potential across Yourpad’s portfolio of short-term rental properties. This role involves analyzing market trends, setting competitive pricing strategies, and optimizing occupancy rates to ensure top market returns. Additionally, the individual will manage relationships with third-party vendors specializing in revenue management and distribution support.Key Responsibilities:Revenue Optimization: Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates across all properties including vacation rental properties, hotels, inns and any other relevant asset that may come under Yourpad Management.Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, forecast demand, and stay competitive.Performance Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of pricing strategies and make data-driven decisions.Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure pricing strategies align with overall business goals and guest satisfaction.Technology Utilization: Leverage revenue management tools and AI software to automate and enhance pricing strategies.Inventory Management: Manage and optimize inventory distribution across multiple online travel agencies (OTAs), short-term rental listing websites and direct booking channels.Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing and market positioning to ensure Yourpad remains a market leader.Dynamic Pricing: Implement and adjust dynamic pricing strategies based on real-time data and market conditions.Revenue Strategy Meetings: Lead regular revenue strategy meetings with the team to review performance and adjust tactics as needed.Owner Relations: Communicate revenue performance and strategies to property owners, providing insights and recommendations.Property Projections: Develop rental estimates for prospective vacation rental properties to support business development and inform strategic decisions.Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party companies, coordinating efforts to enhance pricing and revenue management strategies through their expertise in revenue management, distribution, and pricing support.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Hospitality Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in the hospitality or vacation rental industry.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.Experience with revenue management systems and software.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Candidates with experience using Guesty PMS, KeyData, Pricelabs and Google Workspace are preferred.Compensation:Target base salary range is $85k-$115k based on experience. This position is eligible for incentive pay of up to 50% of base salary.
