Customer Service Representative
We are searching for another member to add to our close-knit team of individuals in Customer Service. We are a hard working company and are seeking to improve our performance with like-minded team players. We want employees who are creative and innovative as well as dedicated and disciplined in their approach to their jobs.Our office is fast-paced where no two days are the same. There is a high level of activity so boredom is not an option. You will handle multiple items simultaneously in a professional and courteous manner. You come in contact with many different types of people and help them with their requests. All clients need to be handled with care so we are looking for those individuals with great customer service skills.Your responsibilities will include:Answering heavy phonesWorking with clients and handling every phase of their jobsScheduling appointmentsWorking with employees in the fieldResponsible for problem resolution for clientsMaintaining customer database and input of information into computerGood organization skills and be able to multi-taskComputer experience including Word and ExcelStrong and precise follow throughWritten and oral communication skills are essentialAbility to prioritize work assignments, critical tasks and routine workIf you are energetic and upbeat, this may be the place for you.
