For more information and a complete list of products, visit AtticusLLC.com.What you will do in this roleAs a technical project manager, you will be responsible for establishing a lightweight, agile, project governance (tools, templates, cadence). Additionally, you will need to ensure that you are managing the inventory of active projects and assessing the overall project health (what’s at risk, what’s blocked, and what’s working). This role will require coordination across functional disciplines and must be able to build trust with stakeholders. Experience working with external vendors is needed to be successful in this role. This role reports to the IS Strategist and is located on-site at our Cary, NC office.ResponsibilitiesProject Portfolio: All technology-enabled business initiatives, from concept through deliveryVendor Coordination: Managing consulting relationships, holding vendors accountable, ensuring valueStakeholder Management: Business leaders, executives, cross-functional teams – keeping everyone alignedBudget & Timeline Accountability: Projects deliver what they promised, when they promised, for the budget expectedRisk & Issue Management: Identifying problems early, escalating appropriately, driving resolutionDelivery Discipline: Building project management capability.Required Skills/Qualifications Project/Program Management5 – 7 years managing technology-enabled business initiativesPMP or similar certification a plusExperience managing both internal teams and external vendorsComfortable with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approachesExperience managing $100k – multi-million-dollar projectsExperience in implementing project management discipline in organizationsTechnical FluencyUnderstands ERP implementations (D365 a plus). Specific experience with D365 and Microsoft ecosystem a plusUnderstands technical documentation and architectural discussionsUnderstands basic system architectureUnderstands SDLC, integrations, API/EDIBusiness AcumenAg-chem, chemical, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing experience strongly preferredUnderstands and can challenge business requirements constructivelyUnderstands ROI, CapEx/OpEx, and can make sound business casesWhy Atticus?Atticus is committed to the long‑term success of our industry and our people.
