This role is critical to ensuring that high-quality parts are produced according to customer specifications and internal standards.If you take pride in your work, have a strong attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate press equipment safely and efficientlyReview and interpret quality alerts and part specifications before starting a jobPerform first-piece inspections and compare against approved first articlesAccurately complete production logs, job startup checklists, and operator logsMaintain clean, organized, and safe workstations in accordance with environmental and safety guidelinesCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift transitionsCommunicate promptly with supervisors regarding any quality issuesRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDAbility to follow written and verbal instructions accuratelyWillingness to adhere to all safety and quality proceduresComfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentFlexibility to work overtime and weekends as neededStrong organizational skills and attention to detailWork Environment & ExpectationsManufacturing environment that may be hot, noisy, dirty.Substantial physical effort - extensive reaching, lifting, stretching, bending and twisting.Stop production if the 3-5-10 rule or set process doesn't result in a quality product.Schedule: C shift: Week1: Monday till Wednesday: 6:00 pm -12:15 am / Thursday & Friday: 6:00 pm-6:15 am/ Saturday & Sunday: OFFWeek2: Monday till Wednesday: 6:00 pm -12:15 am / Thursday & Friday: OFF / Saturday & Sunday: 6:00pm-6:15 amWhy work at MMI?We've raised our rates!
