Houseman

We are currently seeking a Houseman/Houseperson. Please note that a background check is required and we request that applicants. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide outstanding service to all guests at each encounter Clean all public spaces of property to meet the expectations of our guests, to include but not limited to pool, exercise room, lobby, public restrooms, stairwells. Clean and maintain exterior entrances of building including windows and doors Vacuum lobby spaces Remove trash and recycling and dispose of properly Assist housekeeper with removing dirty linen and trash and preparing rooms for cleaning Ensure any defective items are reported to Engineering in a timely fashion Complete projects as assigned during down time, to include operation of all guestroom care machines Must be able to lift up to 30#. Must be able to Stand 8 hours. Active position 90% of shift. Flexible schedule to include weekends and holiday
