A respected litigation firm in Atlanta is seeking a Civil Litigation Defense Attorney to join its dynamic trial team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a strong background in civil litigation looking to manage a meaningful caseload and work within a collaborative, high-performing legal environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage a full caseload of civil litigation matters from intake through trial or resolutionConduct comprehensive legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responsesTake and defend depositions of fact and expert witnessesRepresent clients in mediations, arbitrations, motion hearings, and trial proceedingsQualifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law schoolLicensed and in good standing with the Georgia State Bar3+ years of experience in civil litigationExcellent analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skillsStrong ability to manage a high-volume, deadline-driven caseload with attention to detailSalary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $220,000.
