Asphalt/Concrete Hard Surface Repair Crew

About the Role CASE Construction is seeking motivated and experienced laborers to join our hard surface restoration crew based between Lafayette, IN and Whitestown along the I-65 corridor. Our work involves asphalt and concrete patching in coordination with natural gas utility projects across central Indiana. This is a hands-on position in a three-man crew responsible for restoring streets, sidewalks, and driveways following underground utility work. The right candidate will not only be reliable and skilled, but will also demonstrate the ability to grow into a leadership role over time. Experience operating equipment such as a backhoe or skid steer is highly valued and will be compensated accordingly. Foreman roles are also available for experienced candidates. Key Responsibilities Perform concrete and asphalt patching, including forming, pouring, raking, and finishing. This is restoration work where gas utilities have disturbed asphalt/concrete and involves repairing curbs, handicap ramps, driveways, sidewalks, and road patches.
