People Strategy Partner
Join our client, a renowned healthcare organization, as a People Strategy Partner and play a vital role in shaping a thriving workplace environment. In this strategic position, you will develop and implement innovative people initiatives that directly support organizational success. Collaborate closely with leadership to enhance talent management, cultivate employee growth, and foster a positive, engaging culture. Compensation
$45-$47/hr (equivalent to approximately $95K-$110K annually for permanent placement)
Responsibilities
Collaborate with managers and employees, acting as the primary HR contact within assigned departments.
Provide guidance and interpret organizational policies to ensure a fair and compliant work environment.
Develop and implement effective talent strategies that support workforce planning and employee engagement.
Offer coaching to managers to strengthen their leadership and people management skills.
Lead local execution of HR initiatives, ensuring best practices are embraced and integrated.
Advise on organizational structure, job roles, and compensation strategies to align with business objectives.
Respond to various HR inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of employee concerns.
Support performance management processes and drive engagement initiatives within departments.
Partner with HR functions to enhance employee relations and support workforce development efforts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational psychology, business administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience working closely with leadership on talent and people initiatives.
Proven track record of delivering HR services in large, complex organizations with over 10,000 employees.
Relevant experience in sectors such as healthcare, academic medicine, research, biomedical/pharma, or government is preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR functions, especially employee and labor relations.
Familiarity with organizational design, job description development, and compensation practices.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Workday is a plus.
