Job Description Moonraker Brewing Co. is looking for part time Beertenders to join our ever growing team! Availability on weekends is a requirement.The right candidates will thrive in a high energy and fast paced environment. You will help to best present our brand and rotating taplist. You will be accountable to your peers and the Taproom Supervisor. You must present yourself in a neat, clean, and professional manner. This includes clean uniform and exceptional personal hygiene standards.Located at 12970 Earhart Ave, Auburn, CA 95602, Moonraker Brewing is a taproom and event space! The primary bar features dozens of taps for beer and hard seltzer, plus wine and soda. It is important to us that our team enjoys coming to work every day, and is proud to serve our community. This is a clean, safe, and welcoming environment with positive attitudes all around.ResponsibilitiesProper beverage/food safety handling and sanitation practicesMaintain cleanliness of bar area and taproom/dining patioTaking drink ordersBussing tables and restocking service areasWorking behind the bar and on the floorVerifying ID's for alcohol purchasesManaging beer to go ordersCleaning and restocking bathroomsDaily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedule; including deep cleaning protocolMaintain proper beer pouring standardsAdvanced beer and menu knowledgeAdhere to a weekly scheduleEngage directly with customers while representing the Moonraker brandInventory management and stock rotationGlassware management and proper cleaningQualificationsMust have Responsible Beverage certificationsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsHardworking & passionate about customer serviceWillingness to learn and grow as a team memberProper and safe handling of bar equipmentComfortable working and communicating under pressureAbility to stand for long periods of time (3-8 hours)Ability to lift and move 50 lbs at a timePrevious serving experience is a plusKnowledge and/or passion for the brewing industry is also a plus!Must be 21+ years of ageThe starting pay for this position is $16.90/hour plus tips. We are hiring for part time positions 3-5 days per week.
