Ignite Industrial Professionals is hiring a Business Development Manager of Staffing Sales for the Dallas Market. This is an incredible opportunity to work with an employer that values you and your contribution to our team!We are searching for a dynamic, energetic, and professional BDM to join our team as we acquire new business for our industrial professionals and deliver to those clients with excellent service.We aim to help improve the lives of industrial professionals by connecting them to career opportunities with great companies!Hours: 8a-5pPay: dependent on experience (includes a base salary, commission, mileage reimbursement, and other benefits)Daily Duties: Identify potential customer leads, cold call, secure appointments, and execute a full cycle sales process Utilize CRM and other tools made available to maintain and document sales prospects and all aspects of the sales process Engage local branch team to help ensure that we are delivering for our clients Entertain clients and prospects in a professional manner Retrieves detailed job orders from clients. Works closely with Operations/Clients to ensure hiring needs are understood and assist in developing a plan to meet client needs.Requirements: 3+ years in staffing sales (highly preferred)/ Sales Experience CRM Experience High sense of urgency and thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication Positive attitudeCompany DescriptionIgnite Industrial Professionals is an industrial workforce provider.
