My client is building an AI-native company to transform a massive, broken industry.Millions of businesses still rely on outdated, manual systems that are slow, opaque, and inefficient. This team is rebuilding those systems from the ground up with AI at the core - automating workflows, improving decision-making, and removing friction across the customer journey.The company is growing extremely quickly and building the infrastructure that will define how this industry operates over the next decade.The RoleThis is a founding BDR role, focused on building the outbound engine from scratch.The successful candidate won’t just follow a playbook- they’ll help create it.You’ll be responsible for starting conversations, generating pipeline, and identifying opportunities, while working closely with leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and outbound strategy.Every conversation you start will directly influence how the company scales.This is a genuinely high-performance environment.
