Description and FunctionsOpen Until FilledGENERAL DESCRIPTION:Enjoy a small-town atmosphere only 100 miles from Denver, with no state income tax and an average of 300 days of sunshine each year with nearby access to skiing, hiking, fishing, hunting, and other outdoor activities.The Wyoming Department of Health (WDH), Healthcare Licensing and Surveys, seeks to fill the Life Safety Code (LSC) Healthcare Facility Surveyor position. This position is responsible for surveying state-licensed and federally certified healthcare facilities to evaluate and determine compliance with state and federal life safety regulations. The position provides an opportunity to work and travel in Wyoming, traveling at least 50% of the time.This position will be located in Cheyenne or Casper and will be required to work from home in Casper.Working for the State of Wyoming offers more than a paycheck.
