Position Summary We’re seeking an experienced Lead Teacher ready to bring energy, creativity, and leadership to the classroom. This is more than a job—it’s a mission to shape the next generation through exceptional early education. What You’ll Do Design and implement age-appropriate lessons that spark curiosity and growth. Lead and mentor assistant teachers to ensure consistency and teamwork. Foster a safe, loving, and organized classroom environment. Communicate proactively with parents about each child’s development. Maintain DCYF compliance and uphold excellence in care and education. Drive extended van with school-age children to/from school daily. What You Bring AA degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field is recommended. 2+ years’ experience in a licensed childcare or preschool program. STARS/MERIT, CPR/First Aid, and DCYF background clearance (or willingness to obtain). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
