Reporting to the Director of Recruitment/Enrollment Communication, the successful candidate will play a vital role in attracting diverse learners who will thrive in our collaborative liberal arts environment.Essential Duties/Responsibilities:Student Recruitment & Relationship BuildingRepresent Juniata College at high schools, college fairs, receptions, and other recruitment eventsConduct engaging information sessions and individual interviews with prospective students and familiesBuild and maintain relationships with students from diverse backgrounds and experiences, from initial inquiry through enrollmentCommunicate professionally via phone, email, and mail to guide students through the admission processStrategic Enrollment ManagementDevelop and execute individual and team recruitment plans for assigned territoriesWork collaboratively toward college-wide enrollment goalsReview applications holistically, applying admission standards with equity and careNetwork with alumni, faculty, staff, and community partners to expand recruitment reachJuniata College is committed to cultivating an equity-minded and equity-engaged campus culture, one that is inclusive and supportive of its students, faculty, and staff.
