Quality Supervisor
About the RoleWe’re looking for a Quality Manager to lead and elevate our Quality Management System while driving continuous improvement across the organization. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll partner closely with operations, engineering, and production teams to ensure high-quality products, strong processes, and a culture rooted in accountability and improvement.This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys solving problems at the root level, and wants to make a visible impact across the business.What You’ll Be DoingLead and manage the company’s Quality Management System, including ISO 9001Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies and data-driven insightsDevelop and implement quality processes focused on defect prevention (“built-in quality”)Conduct root cause analysis and lead corrective action efforts across the organizationPartner cross-functionally with engineering, production, purchasing, and planning teamsEstablish and track KPIs to measure performance and identify improvement opportunitiesOversee incoming, in-process, and final product inspectionsManage quality documentation, procedures, and checklistsEnsure compliance with welder certifications and calibration requirementsLead, coach, and develop the Quality team, including hiring, training, and performance managementWhat We’re Looking ForExperience leading quality systems in a manufacturing environmentStrong background in continuous improvement and problem-solving methodologies (A3, 5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.)Familiarity with PFMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, and internal auditsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings/blueprintsStrong communication skills and ability to influence across teamsHands-on, self-starter mindset with strong attention to detailPreferred BackgroundBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field5+ years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or continuous improvementExperience with ISO 9001 and/or Six Sigma environments
