Join a supportive leadership team and make a real difference every day.Pay: Up to 105K annually (based on experience)Why You’ll Want This RoleLead your own nursing unit with24-hour oversightMentor and develop CNAs and nursing staffDrivequality care, consistency, and accountabilityBe a key leader inimproving team culture and outcomesCollaborate withfamilies, physicians, and leadershipHands-on role with realimpact on resident careWe PreferActiveNY RN license2+ years SNF/LTC experiencePriorleadership experience requiredStrong communication and team-building skillsApply now and step into a leadership role that matters.Apply TodayIf you’re ready to lead, mentor, and make a meaningful impact - we’d like to connect with you.ResponsibilitiesUnit Manager (RN) - Skilled Nursing - What You’ll Lead: Unit Leadership & Team Oversight Provide 24-hour oversight of your assigned nursing unit Supervise, coach, and develop nursing staff — with a strong focus on CNA support and performance Set clear expectations for care delivery, accountability, and teamwork Clinical Oversight & Resident Care Oversee development, implementation, and evaluation of resident care plans Monitor clinical indicators and proactively address resident needs Ensure high standards in documentation, infection control, and regulatory compliance Family & Physician Communication Serve as a key point of contact for families and providers Communicate changes in condition and care plans clearly and professionally Address concerns and support service recovery when needed Operations & Staffing Manage daily staffing, call-ins, and scheduling needs Participate in hiring, performance management, and staff development Conduct daily rounds to ensure quality and environment standards are met QualificationsUnit Manager (RN) - Skilled Nursing - What We’re Looking For: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license - New York State Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care setting Prior leadership experience (Charge Nurse, Unit Manager, Supervisor) required Strong ability to lead, coach, and hold staff accountable Experience working with CNA teams and developing newer staff Confidence in handling family communication, clinical oversight, and regulatory expectations Experience with dementia population strongly preferred EOE Statement WE ARE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
