Apply via Dice today!RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Manager Tech in Redmond, WA.Summary:This role will be responsible for managing across multiple teams of Engineers and TPM's to deliver the Safe Future Initiative (SFI) roadmap across CSTE and CELA.In the role you will: Lead a large company-wide Security initiative in partnership with a product manager, Engineering leads/team, and across a variety of internal and external stakeholders Continuously align Engineering deliverables and sprints with the latest SFI KPI's, priorities and strategy, company standards, policies and understanding how they need to be applied within our organization (CSTE and broader across CELA) Support the team in clarifying business, tooling, Engineering and Security requirements to land impactful outcomes and meet SFI KPI's Support action items follow-ups to ensure that action items are quickly followed up on Proactively investigate and troubleshoot issues arising between Security source of truth system (S360) and team backlog (in ADO) Assign new KPI's and work items across multiple scrum teams, communicate assignments and ensure understanding of prioritiesREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product/Technical Program Management, Product Development, Security, or equivalent required 5-8 years of engineering, security, or any other technical experience; Out of which 2+ years of experience as a Security TPM or Product Manager role Experience working with Security teams/product groups/operational teams Experience analyzing security risks, and prioritizing security work items for development Experience planning, researching, and developing security policies, standards, and procedures Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) Engineering background, preferably with a strong security focus and an understanding of engineering and security best practices Experience providing guidance and direction to technical audiences An understanding of modern security and technology standards Demonstrated data presentation skills including communicating effectively with different audiences (technical and non-technical) Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills Ability to drive towards the -big picture- while managing details Ability to build relationships with key partnersThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
