Warehouse Associate – Feed Store & Power Equipment Ithaca Ace Hardware is looking for an energetic, dependable, and self-motivated Warehouse Associate to join our Feed Store and Power Equipment team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying active, working with customers, and being part of a fast-paced team. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strong teamwork and communication skills Commitment to providing outstanding customer service Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Ability to lift at least 50 pounds Forklift experience is required and candidates must be comfortable operating a forklift safely Mechanical aptitude or experience assembling equipment is a plus Responsibilities Assemble outdoor power equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, and other equipment Load feed orders and other merchandise into customer vehicles Operate a forklift to unload deliveries, move inventory, and restock pallets in the warehouse and yard Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining clean, organized storage areas Pick and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently Help maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment Deliver the exceptional customer service Ithaca Ace Hardware is known for Compensation & Benefits $17.00-$19.00 based on experience Health insurance Paid time off 401(k) retirement plan Employee discount If you enjoy working with power equipment, helping customers, and being part of a hardworking team, we'd love to hear from you.
