Role Specifics and Benefits: In this oncology RN role, you’ll implement and monitor cancer treatment plans, administer medications and infusions per physician orders, assess patient response, manage side effects, educate patients and families, and coordinate care across disciplines to optimize outcomes. You’ll document meticulously in electronic health records, participate in tumor boards as needed, and contribute to evidence-based practice in fast-paced hospital or ambulatory settings.
