Job Title: Loan IQ Business System AnalystLocation: Dallas, TX (Hybrid-3 days in office)Duration: 12+ months (possibility of extension or conversion)Interview: 1 round of interviews - 30-minute durationConsultant Type: W2 only.Shift: Mon - Fri 8:30 AM - 5:30 PMJob Description:Commercial Loan Servicing: Covers jobs responsible for activities related to servicing of commercial loan transactions according to bank policies , procedures , and regulatory requirements . This can include customer/client modifications , account maintenance , rebookings , and purchased receivables management to ensure accuracy through life of the transaction.Desired Qualifications:Loan IQ Experience (a strong plus).BS/BA degree or higher in business administration , economics , accounting , finance , or another business-related field.Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management.Ability to meet stringent deadlines.Ability to provide strong customer service and develop customer relationships .Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Intermediate Client Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills.Sound analytical skills with close attention to detail and accuracy.
