Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician - Industrial / Facility Location: Dallas, TX 75228 Pay: $28-35/hour BOE Type: Direct Hire Schedule: Monday-Friday (7am-4pm or 9am-6pm, rotating) + rotating Saturdays/on-call; NO NIGHTS CornerStone Professional Placement is partnering with a growing company seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support equipment reliability, facility upkeep, and day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting experience who is comfortable working across equipment, facility, and general outdoor upkeep as needed. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair electrical components (motors, relays, switches, wiring) Perform preventive maintenance on warehouse and production equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and general equipment issues Read and interpret blueprints and schematics Maintain a safe, clean, and organized facility Assist with general facility and outdoor upkeep (cleanup, debris removal, basic grounds support) as needed Support projects and coordinate with contractors Qualifications: 3-5+ years of industrial/warehouse maintenance experience Strong electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and take ownership Experience reading schematics and blueprints Comfortable working at heights, in varying temperatures, and outdoors as needed Willingness to take on a hands-on, "do what's needed" role Preferred: Experience with conveyors, hydraulics, or pneumatics Welding or fabrication experience Exposure to PLCs or controls
