Bridgeway Crisis Intervention Services (BCIS) is an Urgent Care Center providing crisis intervention and support to Union County residents age 18 and older who are experiencing a mental health crisis or a worsening of a pre-existing mental health disorder. The goal is to help people in crisis gain control of their symptoms and remain in the community as an alternative to going to the emergency room.

Salary: $65000 to $77000 / annually - depending upon licensure / education / experience
Hours: 40 hours a week, with 2 nights shifts (12 pm – 8 pm)

Responsibilities:
In collaboration with the CIS Director and the Senior Wellness Clinician, the Licensd Wellness Clinician ensures that clinical interventions are effective, trauma informed, stage-based and tied directly to the goal and discharge plans of the individual receiving services.
As part of a multidisciplinary, core services team, assessment and direct clinical services to people who are experiencing a mental health crisis or a worsening of a pre-existing mental health disorder or a co-occurring disorder who are enrolled in the CIS Program.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, LAC or LSW required, CADC preferred
3 years of paid progressive work experience with people who have mental health issues, preferably in an Outpatient or Community Mental Health Setting
Valid driver’s license required and no more than one moving violation in the past 12 months
Bilingual Spanish preferred
