Required Skills: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Valid state's medical license and board certification in Internal Medicine Proven experience or strong interest in primary care practice Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Nice to Have Skills: Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems Additional certifications such as ACLS or BLS Experience managing chronic conditions like diabetes or endocrine disorders Familiarity with hospital or outpatient clinic workflows Preferred Education and Experience: Completion of a Residency in Internal Medicine Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a primary care setting Prior experience working in a community healthcare environment Other Requirements: Availability to start ASAP post-credentialing Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with patient-facing hours and in-basket message coverage Capacity to see approximately 16 patients per day Ability to adapt to a team environment and utilize on-site resources such as labs, pharmacy, dietitians, and specialty services like GI and Endocrinology Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings This is an exceptional opportunity to advance your career while making a meaningful impact on patient health.
