Quality Assurance Manager

Your Impact: As a Quality Assurance Manager at Interstates, you will be responsible for ensuring that our projects/services meet and exceed the highest quality standards. This role will be Automation focused and will collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will partner with our teams within Controls Programming, Controls Engineering, Software Development, Operational Technology and Infrastructure and work toward integration of full project delivery. Define quality standards and guidelines Establish quality control processes and protocols. Owns updating all Automation Process Documents – Example – SOPs, Checklists Conduct regular audits and inspections on projects. Identify and document quality issues and non-conformance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns. Partners with Project Managers and Innovation when needed. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Automation to enhance project quality. Monitor and report on project performance and quality metrics. Stay updated on industry best practices and quality standards. Qualifications: Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in Automation and Quality or equivalent work experience. Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or in a similar role Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards and methodologies Excellent leadership and team management skills Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results. Proficiency in quality assurance tools and software Preferred skills or industry knowledge Value-add Ag such as: Ethanol, Seed Oil, Petfood Food & Bev Continuous Process Travel/Location: Travel will be around 10-15% as needed to visit corporate and/or regional offices or conferences. Location – we are open to this role being remote.
