The Outpatient Therapist plays a vital role in our mission to deliver coordinated, individualized care to our communities.Build Your Purpose.As an Outpatient Therapist , you will provide:Case Management Services: Coordinate and manage services for clients, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and support.Service Plans: Develop individualized, written service plans to address clients' specific needs and goals.Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate support and intervention during mental health crises.Evaluations and Assessments: Conduct psychological evaluations and write diagnostic assessments, including those for behavioral, substance abuse, and economic self-sufficiency issues.Facilitate Wraparound Meetings: Organize and lead team meetings to ensure coordinated care among providers and natural supports.Why Join NCG?Competitive Compensation: Receive compensation that reflects your experience and qualifications.The listed salary range is based on achieving a standard of 25 billable hours per week.Licensed Eligible or Resident: $58,000 - $61,600.
