Job SummaryTalentWise LLC is building a pipeline of senior human resources professionals to support anticipated government contract awards with Arlington County, VA.The Staff Human Resources / Organizational Development Specialist performs advanced, strategic HR and organizational development work across multiple functional areas, including workforce planning, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, and organizational design. This role serves as a senior advisor and business partner to leadership, supporting complex HR initiatives and driving organizational effectiveness.The position is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating HR programs, advising management on policy and workforce issues, and leading projects that impact organizational performance and employee engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a senior HR advisor and business partner to leadership on workforce and organizational mattersDesign, implement, and evaluate HR programs across areas such as staffing, compensation, benefits, and employee relationsLead organizational development initiatives, including workforce planning, change management, and performance managementConduct job analysis, classification studies, and compensation benchmarkingAdvise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsConduct investigations, manage grievance processes, and support employee relations activitiesLead recruitment strategies, outreach, and selection processes for various rolesDevelop and deliver training programs, workshops, and organizational development initiativesAnalyze HR data, trends, and metrics to support decision-making and program improvementsManage HR-related projects and cross-functional initiativesCoordinate with internal departments and external partners on HR programs and servicesEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulationsDevelop communications, reports, and presentations related to HR initiativesMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fieldConsiderable experience in human resources management or organizational developmentStrong knowledge of HR functions, policies, and regulatory requirementsExperience in employee relations, recruitment, compensation, and organizational designAbility to analyze complex HR issues and develop strategic solutionsStrong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritiesProficiency with HR systems and data analysis toolsEqual Employment Opportunity StatementTalentWise LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
