Job Title: Associate Attorney – Criminal DefenseLocation: Chicago, ILFirm Overview:Our client, a rapidly growing law firm specializing in criminal defense with a strong focus on drivers' defense cases (traffic violations, DUIs, etc.), is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with hybrid work flexibility.Key Responsibilities:Represent clients in drivers' defense cases, including traffic violations, DUIs, and other criminal defense matters.Regularly appear in court to advocate for clients' legal rights.Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys across three Chicagoland offices.Manage a high-volume caseload, effectively resolving cases to meet performance targets.Qualifications:2–10 years of experience in criminal defense, with a focus on drivers' defense cases preferred.Strong courtroom advocacy and litigation skills.Proven ability to handle a large caseload and achieve favorable outcomes.Must be licensed to practice law in Illinois.Compensation:Competitive salary with quarterly bonuses tied to case resolutions.Work Schedule:Hybrid work model with 2–3 days of remote work per week when not required in court.
