With operations across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific, we are fully integrated from R&D through installation, delivering innovative, high-quality surfaces that support healthier communities and peak athletic performance.As we continue to expand our U.S. operations, we are building out our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central capabilities to support a growing portfolio of construction and project-based businesses.Position SummaryTenCate Grass is seeking a Business Central Consultant to support and enhance our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment, with a strong focus on construction and project-based operations.This role serves as a key partner to finance, operations, and project teams, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong job cost visibility, and standardized processes across business units. The ideal candidate is a hands-on ERP professional who can support live environments while also leading implementations for newly acquired entities.Key ResponsibilitiesERP Implementation & ConfigurationSupport the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across multiple business unitsLead or assist with system rollouts for newly acquired construction and project-based entitiesEnsure consistent system setup, including chart of accounts, dimensions, and job structuresBusiness Analysis & Process ImprovementPartner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable ERP solutionsEvaluate and improve workflows related to project accounting, procurement, and financial reportingIdentify opportunities to enhance system functionality and operational efficiencyConstruction / Project-Based Accounting Support Provide Tier 2/3 support for Business Central users, particularly within construction and project accountingTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to:Job costing and cost trackingWork-in-progress (WIP) and revenue recognitionProgress billing, retainage, and drawsProcure-to-pay and financial close processesSupport labor, burden, and overhead allocations within project environmentsData Migration & System IntegrationSupport data migration efforts, including jobs, costs, opening balances, and reconciliationsAssist with integrations between Business Central and other enterprise or field systemsParticipate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-go-live supportTraining, Support & DocumentationProvide user training and ongoing support across business unitsDevelop and maintain clear system documentation and process guidesAct as a trusted advisor to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersContinuous ImprovementStay current on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central updates and industry best practicesProactively recommend enhancements to improve reporting, controls, and system performanceQualifications5+ years of experience working with ERP systems, with direct experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferredStrong understanding of construction or project-based accounting, including job costing, WIP, and revenue recognitionExperience supporting or implementing ERP systems in a multi-entity environmentAbility to troubleshoot both technical and functional system issuesStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with finance, operations, and IT teamsMicrosoft Dynamics certifications (e.g., MB-800) preferredExperience with project-based tools such as ProjectPro365 is a plusWhy Join TenCate GrassOpportunity to play a key role in building and standardizing ERP capabilities across a growing global organizationExposure to a dynamic, multi-entity construction and manufacturing environmentCollaborative, team-oriented culture with international reachCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)Equal Employment OpportunityTenCate Grass is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
