We are hiring a full-time or part-time Restaurant Supervisor for our Ashland City, TN location.Lead and supervise team members to achieve service standards, customer satisfaction, and financial goals.Assist in planning, managing, and monitoring daily operations, including sidework duties and restaurant cleanliness.Communicate clearly with staff through verbal and written directions, ensuring proper service and adherence to policies.Monitor staff performance, supervise guest service, and respond to guest needs.Check daily communication sheets, prepare shift reports, and maintain a clean, organized restaurant environment.Ensure attendance compliance and be available to work regularly.Perform additional related duties as assigned.Interested candidates are encouraged to apply immediately.
